These are first-pass product terms for Metal Notes, not a representation that the text has received attorney review. By using Metal Notes, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to support@metalnotes.net.

Acceptable use

Use Metal Notes lawfully and for its intended music-practice purpose. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse tester or administrator tools, or use the app to harm others.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Availability and changes

Metal Notes may change, pause, or discontinue features as the beta develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. Local and cloud features can be affected by device, network, browser, or third-party service availability.

Individual Pro access

A permanent Pro grant or purchase, when offered and successfully applied, provides the individual account with the Pro access described at that time. Individual permanent Pro is not a subscription and does not promise every possible future product, classroom feature, or separate service. Fraud, charge reversals, or misuse may affect access where permitted by law.

Metal Notes is a practice aid and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms. The app is not a substitute for professional instruction, medical advice, or hearing care.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Metal Notes and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, or opportunity arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
